Selected to lead the global strategic category direction for adidas Men’s Training apparel. Integrated an international team of four to bring a strong global focus. Accountable for €400M revenue and all business results related to revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and budget management. A few of my key accomplishments include :• Transformed the franchise strategy from overreliance and overdependence into three discrete and performance focused tee and short franchises. Resulted in franchise tee/short growth of 8%.• Generated new business with the launch of Ready – the first apparel innovation blockbuster from the adidas brand and the #1 priority campaign from the brand with the highest marketing spend. Grew the marketing forecast by 40%.

Recruited from Nike and charged with leading the global strategic category direction for the adidas Tennis product engines of footwear and apparel for a €240M revenue and global marketing team of five. Serviced athletes from the ATP/WTA professional tours and equipped them with game enhancing product. Tasked with launching key innovation concepts including Parley/Sustainability, Boost cushioning, and key collaborations such as with Stella McCartney, Y3 and Palace. A few of my key accomplishments include :• Reclaimed #1 market share at our most important online specialists in US and Western Europe and monobranded partners in China. • Regained #2 global tennis market share position to include Stella, Y3, Pharrell Williams collaborations, launching Boost and Climachill, and focusing on key markets of China, US and EMEA.

A few of my key accomplishments include :• Successfully relaunched the Barricade franchise and introduced the new Ubersonic franchise and product concept, growing from 0 to 40% of our portfolio and fueling the growth into the #1 position in specialty channels. Created the first Boost Tennis model in the marketplace.• Dominated share of voice with groundbreaking collaborations; including Y3 in 2015 and 2016 for the French Open, the first collaboration uniting Pharrell Williams with a Sports Performance category for the 2017 US Open, and an unexpected partnership with Palace Skateboarding for the 2018 Wimbledon.
