• Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop the credit union’s annual community marketing and employment brand. marketing strategies, in alignment with the credit union’s annual marketing plan.• Develop and implement the credit union’s annual Community Marketing and Employment Brand Marketing calendars.• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop creative, engaging, in-person brand and product experiences for use at community events while simultaneously ensuring those experiences support business goals and align with our values.• Work in partnership with branches and business lines to ensure adequate and effective credit union representation at identified community events.• Support the credit union in maintaining strong community partnerships by ensuring effective credit union representation at community/association events.• Setup and attend relevant meetings and events to help the credit union realize the benefits of its onsite sponsor benefits.• Coordinate and arrange for internal knowledge experts to speak at schools, give branch tours, or participate in community or member events.
