As Managing Partner I am playing a key role in developing business and management strategies, directing the management team in the provision of all business support activities ensuring their integration where appropriate and the business objectives achievement.Operations wise I am leading and coordinating all activities of online and offline segments of the business. Globally, I am responsible for formulating and administering the strategic business plan, marketing, acquisitions, sales and conversion strategies, working closely with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer and through subordinate managers and supervisors. Important aspect of my duties are establishing and implementation of internal controls, policies and procedures, training programs, and job requirements for top positions in conjunction with the Finance and Human Resource departments.
