Focussed on front-end development as part of a new team developing a modern server platform. Developing with Typescript, Vue.js and Python.

Specialising on supporting the newest Monzo features and products such as Monzo Plus and savings. Creating documentation, supporting customer and colleague queries, and interfacing with engineers to resolve issues and improve experiences.

During my time at Monzo I worked across all aspects of the customer experience. From handlingchats and calls to investigating suspicious transactions and supporting our newest features as aspecialist. It was often challenging work, from having to help and support people in incredibly vulnerablepositions to professionally, and legally, dealing with those who were suspected of committing serious financial crime - people who would often become abusive and threatening.

During my time at Three as a Customer Advisor, I worked to provide an excellent customer experience whilst striving to hit ambitious targets. My commitment to the customer experience was frequently shown with high customer satisfaction scores along with great comments from customers about my service. I was accountable to both personal and store targets.
