Having worked within the brand for the over a decade I have built a reputation based on great product knowledge and customer service. I strive to balance exceeding targets with individuals needs to make sure that vehicles and products are delivered on time.I believe that the loyalty of many of my customers who I have been working with for several years stands testament of the service that I consistently deliver.I regularly attend in brand learning and development including customer service, new brand products and meet full FCA obligations with accreditation. For a number of years I was the dealership specialist for Motability and pride myself on my levels of knowledge in this area.

During this period I worked for an independent company, responsible for all resources related to the restaurant including management and supervision of staff and their training. Performing to targets, developing relationships with stakeholders, supplier and government bodies such as the Licensing and the Environmental Health Office ensuring the business remained compliant and met the legal obligations at all times.

Worked for this prestigious Chester Hotel, serving food and drink to discerning palates in a Michelin star restaurants.
