🌟 Passionate about empowering leaders to shape a better world 🌟As a seasoned leadership development strategist, I’ve spent over a decade championing education and ethical leadership. My journey began in the hospitality industry, where I held leadership positions with companies such as the Rocco Forte Collection, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. These experiences allowed me to witness firsthand what good leadership can achieve across diverse cultures and working environments. They also highlighted the need for better leadership education and development in support of a better tomorrow. 🌎 Global Impact:One way in which I have been doing this in the past has been through my involvement in university education and with the Laidlaw Foundation, helping to shape and grow leadership development programmes. I have also had the privilege of guest lecturing and speaking internationally on topics related to strategy, leadership, and organizational transformation. Through these engagements, I’ve seen the transformative power of effective leadership. As a bilingual speaker and dual national, I’ve lived, worked, and travelled across several continents, immersing myself in diverse cultures. This exposure fuels my passion for unlocking leadership potential.🌟 Vision:I am currently developing a dynamic global community within which leaders, learn, collaborate, and drive positive change together. With the support of resources, personalised coaching, workshops, and strategic guidance the aim is to empower individuals and organisations to thrive in a ever-evolving business landscape.
