I'm a product leader and former YC founder with an engineering background. I have extensive experience from zero to early scale at startups and large enterprises such as Indeed and Microsoft. I love building great experiences and the teams to make them happen.I have worked on four startups as a founder or early employee. Of these four, one is currently in the high-growth stage, one has failed, one was acquired, and one went public.Most recently, I helped Indeed build a corporate incubator that actually works. It consistently launched products that were acquired by the core teams as well as became standalone products. Core to Indeed product strategy, the incubator reported to the CEO.Prior to Indeed, I co-founded Deako, a smart-lighting company, where I built and led the product, software, customer support and design functions. Every 8th new home in the US now comes with a Deako product pre-installed.
