I have over 20 years of experience in an MSP environment. I have worked as a Data Center Technician, IT Analysts, Lead IT Engineer and Technical Project Manager. I have been part of an implementation team that built Standalone, Virtual and Cloud solutions for many large companies including EasyJet, Catalent and Stericycle. I have experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, Edge gateway and Microsoft Azure. I also have work with storage technologies such as Brocade, 3par and NetApp. In my last role I served as the Team Lead and was tasked with ensuring the team's success. My responsibilities included, training employees, ensuring team readiness, reviewing and updating technical documentation, reviewing MOPs, approving maintenances and decommissioning outdated solutions. I also served as a point of escalation when the team's manager was unavailable.
