• Manage and delegate multiple projects. Identify vision and goals of project and ensure their completion to the studio's standards, on budget and on schedule • Streamline & execute projects from design to delivery, identify and solve efficiency problems in everyday operations, create a faster process for a periodic or project based operational task• Work with design development and fabrication team to streamline the process of turning an idea into a finished product. Utilize knowledge of building and fabrication to advise design team on best practices, materials and process• Understand design and intent of a given project, prioritize and delegate tasks, source materials and facilitate outside services, schedule and assign tasks and deadlines. Troubleshoot and make it happen!• Fabrication and finishing of sculpture from inception to deadline using Rhino designed models, installation specifications, and/or exhibition requirements• Contribute to development of conceptual and aesthetic designs into working models, plans and shop drawings for fabrication• Design and construction of fine art mounting, packing systems, crating and storage of high dollar artworks• Hire, train, and manage on- and off-site fabricators and assistants • Collaborate with Structural Engineers in design, construction and installation phases to exceed public art safety standards• Facilities management, computer and office management, maintenance of project database• Travel to client locations to facilitate installation

• Instruction of intensive Metal Casting classes in Bronze, Iron and Aluminum to novices and professional fine artists• Operation, construction, and maintenance of foundry equipment• Leading groups of interns or volunteers to create, cast and complete works commissioned from the Crucible by artists and businesses• Construction and maintenance of safe education space
