• Coordinate all aspects of the invoice generation function, including invoice preparation, collections assistance, productivity tracking, training, delinquent billing resolution and related documentation and invoice reporting.• Prepare invoices according to established quality, productivity standards and contract guidelines and including any applicable backup for approval by Project Managers• Assist in monitoring labor charges and expense detail and reporting job budgets and costs and ensuring all internal project accounting financial data is completed accurately, timely, efficiently and in accordance with GAAP and company policy. • Assist in resolving delinquent billing issues. • Provide project accounting training, mentoring, and development of billing managers within the organization.• Act as a source of process, project management and business systems analysis expertise for direction, mentoring, and guidance for team members less experienced in these areas.• Perform additional assignments, as directed by the Project Accounting Manager and CFO
