- Conducted a comprehensive political economy analysis and literature review to identify political and economic factors supporting and hindering women’s participation in the planned activities of Together for Sustainable Landscapes and Livelihoods Project covering households in the Tiyo & Hitosa woredas in Oromia region.- Created a Gender Analysis Toolkit to serve as a framework to support Caritas AU and MCS staff in conducting Focus Group Discussions and Key Informant Interviews. The express aim of the Toolkit is to enable the TSLL project staff to gain information specific to the political, social, and economic drivers influencing participation in the TSLL project, gauge potential for the inclusion of women, and determine how the barriers to inclusive participatory management of natural resources can be addressed.

- Oversaw 10-person national staff, promoting cross-cultural learning, and administering monthly payroll. - Revitalized women’s empowerment program building connections with community to understand local needs and create innovative solutions- Orchestrated and piloted two partnership programs with national NGOs to expand opportunities for the organization.

Following a disruption in staffing, I stepped in to take over lead coaching position of the Alpine U12 Development ski group. This program was available for young athletes aged 9-11 years old who wanted to give competitive alpine skiing a try without committing to as rigorous of a schedule of the Alpine U12 Competitive program. Development athletes trained only on weekends and competed in local races and the goal of the program was to inspire a love of skiing and an introduction to competition.

The Alpine U12 Competition Program is available for young athletes aged 9-11 to compete in alpine racing competition, train multiple times a week, and develop the skills necessary to advance their skiing carrier. My role as coach required: - management of more than 60 young athletes' schedules and information- communication with parents about scheduling, trips and their child's progression- organization of practice and training opportunities and venues- the provision expertise and insight on improving athletes' skiing abilities- leading training and ski days and supervising children

While participating in an immersion program taking intensive Spanish courses in Cusco, Peru, I also volunteered daily at an after school program for children in a village down the valley called Corazon de Dahlia.

- Work on ICAST ResourceSmart Project- Designed marketing strategy for green energy renovation of community buildings for campaign in Weld County, Colorado.- Completed targeted research to determine which public facilities were in need of a green renovation and assisted the organization in creating an action plan to pitch ICAST and partner services.- Created an internal report outlining public opinions on fracking and planned an event to increase public awareness of fracking in Weld County
