About Alex Maple

I am an experienced operations and programs lead with nine years of cross-functional experience with various organizations. Through this work, I've become obsessed with systems thinking and using digital tools to improve processes, communication and foster greater collaboration. In managing people, I have an innate ability to translate complex ideas and situations between stakeholders and thrive in finding unique ways to solve problems. Beyond that, I am a very values-driven person and am passionate about helping people to be the best versions of themselves. In my experiences traveling and living abroad, I developed excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds. I am life-long learner interested in cross-functional roles.Outside of my professional experience, I am interested in environmental sustainability, socio-, economic, and political events in the US and abroad, and improving access to resources for oppressed populations. I grew up in Colorado and returned in 2021 from living in DC, so enjoy spending my time outdoors and enjoy a good book or true-crime podcast.
