I maintained crucial relationships of our organization. • I played a crucial part in maintaining team spirit and dynamics, as well as yearly planning processes.• I produced and coordinated a large portion of our social media efforts, including our podcast and blog.

• We raised awareness on reproductive health, consent and the destigmatization of sex overall.• I was in charge of setting up meetings, helping people execute their tasks, setting the overall strategy of our team and manage the relationships within it. • I was the key contact person for the other organizations we collaborated with, such as the Groningen Feminist Network.

Successfully defended my thesis with a 9,4 on the topic of fighting systemic racism, discrimination and exclusion within higher education in the Netherlands, by introducing a handbook for Diversity and Inclusion Department at the Hanze University.

For the month of July, I had the great opportunity to continue working with Planet Venus and further develop its online presence. Since I moved away from Barcelona and began classes at university again, I parted ways with the platform.

In February 2020, I was lucky to start my internship with Planet Venus. The platform was just up and running and I had the unique opportunity to work on creating a social media strategy myself. Once the pandemic began in March, Barcelona and its women entrepreneurs were severely impacted. I had the idea of starting the #WomenWednesday campaign which highlighted success and struggle stories by the women of the community. I also started the blog page where I brought different ideas which I believed resonated with the target audience during that period.

Being a staff meant having the opportunity to support the work of the local BBYO Bulgaria chapter. In this year I was managing it's resources, networking with our international partners and supporting the local youth movement's activities.

During my last year in high school I was the president of the local BBYO Bulgaria chapter in which I led a team of 5 people by ensuring that all our activities we running smoothly, co-hosted the events and emotionally supported the team.

During high school, I served 2 different roles at my Jewish youth movement (community facilitator/membership & community service/social action). As a team our board worked towards facilitating weekly events and several education and recreational seminars for our youth movement.
