During the four weeks that I worked with Alexandra I saw her desire and willingness to learn about teachers and students. Alexandra was prompt, prepared, and was willing to take risks. Throughout the practicum experience, Alexandra taught two lessons that were designed with each student in mind. Each time she taught a lesson she was eager to improve -- and did so from class to class. Alexandra displayed an excitement to be part of professional development, field trips, PLC's, and parent teacher conferences. Any opportunity given for an "extra," Alexandra took the opportunity to come and learn. Alexandra will make a great addition to any school district. Her connection and excitement with students is undeniable and she works effortlessly with other colleagues. It is obvious she wants to succeed as a teacher and I have no doubt that she will. It has been a great joy working with Alexandra and I look forward to hearing about her successes in the years to come. She is a young lady with a high degree of integrity and as she continues toward her career path, I see her continuing to exhibit the skills that served her well as a young learner. I have no doubt that her ambition and desire to succeed will serve her well as she moves into the education profession. Alexandra is calm, sincere and hard working. She will be an asset to any school district. I am proud that Alexandra chose to pursue a career in the field of education. I have no doubt that she will bring much to the profession.
