- Définit la stratégie de Sourcing de la catégorie avec les équipes en Asie- Chaque saison piloter l’allocation fournisseurs en partenariat avec les équipes de sourcing et marques- Stratégie et validation des bookings de greige, suivi & validation des liabilities.- S’assurer que le développement des produits est conforme aux exigences des marques et au calendrier de production- Optimiser le partage des matières entre les marques- Assurer les recherches matières, techniques, traitements et innovations sur les categories dédiées pour rester à la pointe de la catégorie respective & optimiser les marges.- Participe à l’organisation de la « mill week » pour sa catégorie- Stimuler et favoriser le développement des produits, des composants et de leur technique de confection de manière plus durable en relation avec la stratégie de la marque- Apporter son expertise dans la définition des produits & des matières dans une logique de respect du cout attendu- Comprendre dans le détail le cout de revient des produits et examiner/proposer les opportunités permettant de maximiser la marge (construction produit, matière, négociation, changement d’allocation fournisseur)- Interlocuteur Service Client et Hub pour les problèmes de qualité/conformité- Intégrer les contraintes légales (RSE, douanes …) dans les options de développement- Management direct équipe Développeurs : organisation et répartition du travail, support technique et référent, gestion congés, planning, budget voyage- Planifier la formation de son équipe- Coordonne les pushes de PLM vers SAP- Management des commandes de samples (FLA, Early-set, SMS)- Atteindre l'objectif de marge grâce à la connaissance des produits et à l'ingénierie- Évolution des couts de revient à chaque saison- Pourcentage de matières mutualisées- Gérer et respecter toutes les échéances du calendrier- Maintenir efficacement le PLM avec les bonnes informations- Fournir des échantillons complets et fidèle en temps et en heure

• Work with the Tech Design and Design / Creative teams to develop a complete technical file allowing to initiate development.• Work directly with the hub to ensure it understands design requirements through adaily communication.• Ensure that all the information necessary for the creation of references in PLM (color codes, materials etc ...) are available.• Manage PLM throughout the development process, creation & update of references and filestechniques.• Attend fitting sessions with stylists and make the necessary comments for a quality productthat meets margin and schedule targets.• Execute SAP Push on schedule.• Raise timing and / or product issues quickly and efficiently.• End-to-end management of the sample line (meetings, photoshoots & Go to Market).• Communicate clearly to regional and global product managers (by sending global memos) thechanges to products (fits, materials, finishes, etc.).• Coordinate with leadership the product development team in order to carry out the missions of each employees within the framework of the objectives defined above.• Report on a weekly basis the progress of the collection development process, the monitoring ofsamples, production comments to N + 1 in the interests of transparency and fluidity of information.

•Assist Head of Design in establishing global product briefs on seasonal basis - consolidate and communicate to global regions;•Actively participates in the conceptual development of product lines (i.e., sales ideas/concepts and convinces others to adopt a course of action);•Drive innovation through ali aspects of the product creation working closely with the designer,Marchandise Manager;•Gather and provide feedback on material development, fabrications;•Execute in development process the price architecture by given by regional markets and ensure seasonal margin targets and work together with each region to define the global pricing strategy;•Compare commonality of product across brand territories;•Maintain Development and Go To Market Calendar;•Ensure assigned production meats Element quality standards and best practices;•Make sure category suppliers understand Element business needs and objectives and maintain a positive factory relationship via day to day communication and positive participation;•Gather costing information and ensure costing report is updated and accurate;•Analyze and manage raw material costing for product development and margin negotiation purposes;•Gather main territories needs before season launch in terms of number of styles, colours, priee level, specificities;•Propose supplier allocation;•Rationalize fabrics, styles and colours allocation monitoring cost, capacity, lead time, MOQ;•Send final technical files for production to suppliers along with technical book after gathering feedback from regions;•Comment production samples to ensure on time deliveries;•Follow up on potential quality issues and try and anticipate and avoid them;•Ensure social and chemical compliance along key players in regions.
