I am the Production Lead for both our senior Publicis Agency and Direct clients for accounts such as Mondelez, BT, EE and Philip Morris, advising on production solutions and diffusing any issues that may arise.In January 2022, I took on the production for Mondelez in Prodigious UK as the centre for excellence for their European hubs. I was responsible for resetting and improving the way of working with clients, identifying creative and production resource needs and negotiating a UK based ratecard.Most recently I have pitched and won a pilot piece of business for Philip Morris and am currently in negotiations with procurement for a full 2023 scope. As part of the pilot, I presented proposed creative & production roles, a rigorous timing plan for the turnaround of a high-volume suite of assets for their European Markets, as well as a transparent cost-model which utilises both on-shore and off-shore resources.Part of my responsibility is also the commercial growth of the business through both organic and new business opportunities. For organic growth, I provide solutions such as retained teams, hybrid roles and on-shore/off-shore resourcing. I represent Prodigious in Publicis Groupe New Business Pitches as the production expert, demonstrating the benefits of a ‘Power of One’ creative and production solution for prospective clients.

I was responsible for managing the creative process from brief development to campaign launch across TV, OOH, social content, digital and press for our UK client Vodafone. With a variety of briefs for social, photography, events, print and digital, I triaged the client brief with the head of department to produce a SOW and timings, and utilised both our in-house creative department and 3rd party suppliers to bring the idea to life.
