I was responsible for helping run this major university department’s professional Facebook, X, andTikTok pages as part of a social media course. Each student was assigned two days to run the pages andcompleted other assignments throughout the semester, including creating a social media strategy plan,using a content calendar, analyzing analytics in Excel, scheduling posts, interacting with influencers,boosting content with a budget, and creating a Facebook ad.
