I supported the Head of Collections Development with the management of Tate’s International Council, a select group of high-level arts major donors led by Tate's Director. Responsibilities included: managing the Council on a day-to-day basis, overseeing its membership administration through line-managing the IC Administrator; delivering a first-class stewardship programme including a series of events and communications; managing membership renewals and undertaking regular financial and membership reporting to ensure that income targets are achieved; in conjunction with the Head of Collections Development, managing the development of membership in accordance with recruitment strategy; and working with teams across the Development department to grow the support of members with other Tate activities.

I managed low and mid-level giving schemes and supported the major gift scheme, whilst acting as the fundraising events manager.
