Determined and motivated, throughout my career I have always been driven to be the best I can be and improve my skills and knowledge. The pandemic changed us all and for me it opened up a new world within the NHS. I am now proudly leading a team of 12 through the world of GP receptionist. Serving 22,500 patients for all their health concerns and needs, it can be a difficult and stressful environment however I thrive under this pressure and proudly support my team. I stand strongly for our LGBTQ+ patients and lead our mental health well being team for our employee’s. I have spent countless hours with the teams as well as with charities to understand and better support our patients and employees the best.I am proud to be working with our NHS, for our NHS.I may have left tourism and hospitality but the caring side has stuck with me. My biggest achievement has always been gaining my two degree’s however for now it must always be said that as a nation our achievement in this life time is our response to the pandemic. Something all can be proud of.
