Marketing Manager
CurrentIn my current role, I lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports our business goals and growth objectives. My responsibilities encompass end-to-end management of the marketing budget, strategic planning, and activity reporting. I have successfully spearheaded a brand repositioning initiative, crafted a robust omnichannel content strategy, and built new marketing assets. I regularly represent and promote Footprint Digital's services across external platforms such as podcasts, panel events, webinars, and university guest lectures.Beyond routine marketing activities, I lead key educational projects that shape our company's foundational resources. Upon my return to Footprint Digital, I took on the editing, publishing, and multi-format adaptation of our Digital Marketing textbook. I led the filming and production of our online marketing course, and managed the planning and post-pandemic relaunch of the 2021 Footprint Academy for university students. Since then, I have won the Business Culture Award for Talent Approaches for the Footprint Academy.I participate in senior management operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and the implementation of growth-driven projects. I also lead our monthly full-management reporting meetings, fostering collaboration and goal alignment across the wider team.
