In this role, I am responsible with channel support for sales for the DACH, Eastern Europe and South Commercial & Mid markets.Among my main responsibilities, I drive Go-To-Market strategies and sales plays with strategic partners in the regions and set up collaborations models to ensure business growth.

In this role I’m responsible with helping customers in Eastern Europe to discover and progress the usage of the UiPath Business Automation Platform.My main objective is to demonstrate how our automation platform can assist companies to achieve #rapid-time-to-value and #rapid-time-to-market more efficiently and effectively.

As a team lead for UiPath, I am responsible for helping and coaching a team of highly experienced sales professionals in countries like Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary or South Africa. Among my focuses are accurate quarterly forecasting, reporting, sales trainings and efficient coaching on deals, while promoting and preserving a healthy and thriving team culture.

In this role, I was responsible with driving sales initiatives and organizing creative offline and online workshops, team buildings and marketing events for companies in the IT and Retail industries. The role implied involvement on the full sales cycle - from business development, creating outbound leads and handling inbound leads, to contract closing and account management. Other responsibilities included contract negotiations and drafting, creating personalized offers, building long standing report with customers, while driving reliable sales forecast calls and reporting along with the team.

Corporate/M&A/ Telecommunications - specialized legal assistance regarding the drafting of specific documents related to corporate governance matters, increase/decrease of share capital, mergers and spin-offs, debt to equity swaps- legal assistance and advice to several Romanian and international clients in drafting various types of contracts, in reviewing and updating contractual provisions so that to comply with Romanian mandatory norms- legal assistance pertaining to IT & Telecommunications EU laws to global clients and international institutions on local applicability;Public Procurement- part of the legal team successfully assisting in public procurement litigation cases involving major major infrastructure projects, including high profile clients in the pharmaceutical, publishing or construction industries;- legal assistance on specific matters relating to sectorial procurement procedures.
