Coordinating with clients to send SPCS Technicians to their sites to perform equipment maintenance and various other projects.

I worked at Ciocca Dealerships as their Kelley Blue Book Acquisition Agent. I made daily calls to customers to see if I could assist them with their vehicle plans. If a customer wanted to see what my buying manager could do further, I would schedule them in the computer system for an appointment at the dealership/buying center. I worked with the customer's needs and assisted them throughout the way. Unfortunately, my position here did not last as long as I had hoped as the company decided to remove the KBB department. But I'm thankful for the experience I had with Ciocca Dealerships.
