• Advise personal caseload of 150+ undergraduate Military students in STEM programs (Information Technology, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Geospatial Science, Data Analytics, Game Programing and Design), utilizing a weekly communication plan to increase student success while maintaining relationships and retention.• Assist students in identifying their abilities, interests, and educational/career goals while simultaneously developing an academic plan consistent with said goals.• Educate students on institutional academic policies and procedures, ensuring they fully understand and interpret them properly.• Conduct regular reviews of students’ academic records each undergraduate term to ensure that performance is satisfactory in relation to institutional and/or each student's personal goals.• Utilize multiple CRM-related platforms on a daily basis (including Excel and Microsoft Dynamics) to monitor retention and enrollment, as well as to plan/track outreach and communication with students.
