I am currently working at Anglia Ruskin University as a Team Lead in the Student Services area. I provide front line support to students and staff whilst leading a team of 5 administrators. I work closely with a variety of other teams within the University and ensure that strong professional relationships are built. I am looking to progress my career further into a management role with a successful organisation.I have additionally previously worked in the NHS in a variety of roles including PA/Senior Administration within a CCG and in a clinical role as a Senior Therapy Assistant with Stroke and Neuro patients. Within my role at the CCG, I ran a newly established service in the absence of the service manager and frequently liaised with external and internal colleagues. I frequently problem solved, attended confidential and vital multidisciplinary team meetings, made decisions using my own initiative and mentored new staff members. I have recently completely a course in Managing and Developing Effective Teams (23/03/2021)I have achieved a First Class Honours degree in Education and Childhood Studies and hold a wide and varied range of transferable skills that I can apply to any job role awarded to me.
