The seat at the table wasn't to take notes, it was as an equal, supporting the Senior Engineers with key decisions on a programme that aims to transform the way weapons and weapons systems integrate onto the next generation fighter jet, and optimise how a pilot can best utilise them to enable battle-winning performance. The value Alex brings to the team is phenomenal. I learned a lot working with Alex, she is a talented leader who will continue to shine on her professional career. I will hopefully have the opportunity to work alongside Alex, although I will more than likely be working for her.
