I am the person my colleagues come to, who knows it all.My daily routine consists of a variety of things;First and foremost aiding my boss with her daily tasks - this includes reports, scheduling meetings with all the other leaders. Keeping in contact with them and being a channel that provides information to both parties.I am also responsible for ordering and keeping track of the whole subsidiary’s office supplies - this means the financial aspect of it too.Invoicing and helping the accountants is also under my control - providing information to them and also keeping track of the expenditures department by department.The subsidiary moved a while ago in which I had the opportunity to take part in by being in contact with several people from the movers to the project manager and lending a hand in any way possible. This included contacting suppliers and having them move/switch or arrange new vending machines to the new office (where to, how, when, etc.).I am also in close contact with the HR business partner as my diploma is in Event Management I do help in the arrangement of smaller team buildings or big-scale ones, such as the annual Christmas Party (which I organized for about 400 people in 2022!).One thing I am proud of; a radio talk show that I had the challenge to organize, from beginning until the end. Getting the people motivated to talk during the show and also brainstorm with the guy to make something great - while keeping in mind our marketing rules. Taking care of the paperwork, from the offer until the signing of the contract and the invoice. Definitely a challenging, but rewarding experience!

Completed my internship here, my daily necessities included PBX, billing, check ins and checkouts, providing information about the 5500 acres property to our guests, of some activities and also of the current COVID-19 regulations. As an intern, I could try myself out in various positions; chambermaid, hostess, reservations agent, etc. I wish I could have spent more time at such a beautiful area with my wonderful colleagues!

Due to not being able to have my internship completed here, I had to quit early. The 8-hour shift usually consisted of receiving calls, booking individual and group reservations into the system, while also being aware of regulations and rules of various TAs and TOs, answering and sending out offers and calculations, working closely with the front desk staff and also reporting to management daily. This all happened in a team-working environment.

My 9-10 months here were a pretty good start for me in the industry, however, due to the lack of challenges I decided to search for another job.
