As the strategic advisor for the Organization Change Management team for this PeopleSoft Upgrade, I provided guidance and management for communications, change management and training activities. During this time, we developed solutions and interventions for 200,000 users, of whom more than 60,000 were active users. A new program portal, new techniques for learning, and targeted communications were implemented.
