Inspirational ideas have been our passion since 2001.Office Manager- Develop, review and streamline office procedures and processes - Coordinate and oversee the implementation of HR programs and initiatives- Support the Operations Director through the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding all employees - Organise and run new employee inductions- Develop and drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives- Organise and manage internal staff social events, team workshops, and learning and development sessions- Set up and manage IT equipment for all employees - Answer the main office phone line and direct a high volume of calls with external and internal stakeholders- Monitor the HR and office facilities budget and allocationsExecutive Support - Draft correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, reports and documents- Diary management, including arranging internal and external meetings- Coordinate travel arrangements for meetings and event attendees- Coordinate catering and book venues and meeting rooms- Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports for reimbursement
