The Web Enhancement Program was established to undertake a series of major projects to transform the University’s web environment. I worked with senior leaders to communicate and coordinate multiple, transformational projects covering technical solutions, governance frameworks and resourcing models for the web.

As the Divisional Communications Manager for Melbourne Students and Learning, I provided strategic communications leadership, advice and best practice guidance for senior divisional staff and others across the division.
