- Managing visitor communication and responding to anywhere from 10-100+ inquiries daily via email, phone, and in person.- Administering all bookings and ensuring details were properly recorded and responded to via the Marina Controller booking system.- Overseeing visitor feedback surveys, and comments, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.- Assisting with maintenance requirements as needed.- Assisting with event preparation and setup for events such as the- Managing expectations of high-profile clientele including yachts and naval vessels, by overseeing booking logistics and delivering top-notch concierge services.
