Reporting to the GM of Marketing and Communications, my role is to manage the digital delivery of GDV's marketing and communication strategy across Brand, Fundraising and Client & Guide Dog Services to broaden the impact of GDV's brand, services and fundraising. My responsibilities include:- Managing the development of the annual digital marketing and communication plan- Managing the development of GDV social media strategy- Managing the development of GDV website and implementing ongoing content generation and updates- Developing digital marketing strategy to support broader marketing activity and campaigns- Liaise with direct and digital fundraising manager and fundraising coordinator to assist with the development of a targeted, innovative digital community fundraising plan with a focus on increasing donor engagement and revenue- Optimise Client and GD Services marketing (programs and services) through GDV's digital platforms to acquire new clients and volunteer puppy raisers- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports utilising Google Analytics and Salesforce data outlining key metrics and recommendations- Manage digital agency and work with them to implement new digital trials and improved website functionality

Worked as 2IC to lead by example and ensure exceptional customer experience within my store. The role required deliverance on four key competencies which included: people development, compliance and store operations, values and brand and the customer experience.

Worked as a full-time makeup artist with higher duties responsibilities including supporting the management team, task delegation, action planning and store opening and closing procedures.

Worked within a social media agency as an account manager for seven well known accounts including: Australis Cosmetics, Create Havoc Hair, Cedel Hair, Revitanail, Innoxa, Nature’s Gift and Kitten Car Care. The role involved managing all social media channels for each account as well as strategic planning, graphic design, forecasting, client meetings and monthly report writing.

Worked as a casual sales assistant whilst completing training provided by the company in skincare, makeup artistry and sales. The role requirements meant that staff developed extensive product knowledge as well as advanced sales skills.
