This was a front facing role with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring that a visit to Ralph Lauren store was one that customers wanted to repeat. I worked hard to look after customers through the service I provided, supporting people in their purchasing choices and with their general queries. I also deputised for the manager on the sales floor during periods of their absence.I also worked with computerised cash tills, handling cash and payment cards maintaining exceptional customer service while dealing with high volumes of people I gained experience of working in a pressurised and busy environment for a high-profile store with high-profile customers who demand the best experience whilst in store.

I worked on reception, supporting administration tasks and understanding how to communicate with people who have complex needs. Understanding how a hospital works and the interaction between different departments in a high stress environment.
