Specific tools/methods used included; standard methods for fish community (electrofishing), macroinvertebrate (D-net and hester-dendi), habitat (QHEI), and bacteriological assessment (E. coli: Colilert).Assist wildlife crew with deer culling at the park. Knowledgeable in baiting and monitoring procedures. Comfortable field dressing a deer and identifying internal organs, lymph nodes, and gathering brain stem.Certified in chainsaw use (S-212). Certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid.Certified in ATV use and have had extensive experience using various vehicles on different terrain, including sand dunes. (ASI ATV rider course)Assist Vegetation Crew with harvesting and planting of beach grass, as well as collection and drying of seeds.

Assist with daily farm operations at a vertical farm. Monitor hydroponic set-up, seed, transplant, and harvest crops. Research various seed company's and potential varieties of crops. Find new crops for the farm to produce. Help with additional tasks as necessary.

Directly assisted undergraduate students with understanding the principals ofgeomorphology through hands-on interaction both independently and through laboratory sessions. Facilitated coordination of both laboratory and field based lectures and experiments.

Assisted the Building Manager with the Unions daily operations. Responsible for setting up events through out the day and tearing down events that have ended. Ability to comfortably converse with guests and help them with any problems that may arise.

Identified various habitats in the Northwest Indiana region and different land management techniques. Performed backpack herbicide application, hand wicking application, basal barking, planted native plants, brush cutting, and chainsawing/girdling of trees. Used GPS devices to map areas of land and view progress of herbicide application. Performed Pre- and Post- sampling of areas treated. Lead public hikes, presented posters at Healing Our Waters Conference, and wrote press release.
