We believe in building long-lasting relationships with chefs and their staff that promote a true and direct farm-to-restaurant model. Everything we grow is custom to-order and we strive to be a true extension of your kitchen and want you to feel like you have a farm on site. Unlike distributors who may hold products for days, or even weeks, in cold storage... we harvest day of delivery. Direct from our farm to your plates. Not only does this provide the freshest possible product on day one, it guarantees that it will last a week or more from delivery.
