Overall responsability for 23-30 employees in Frankfurt and Hannover with €8.5 million in sales revenue.Development and assurance of the positioning of our 4 Design Offices locations in Frankfurt.– Conducting a SWOT analysis to determine the position of Design Offices products in Frankfurt.– Deriving the strategy development and creating the implementation plan– Planning and budgeting the resulting goals for revenue security and competitiveness – Implementation through goal communication, team involvement, and task delegation – Advancing operational employees through job rotation in all locations.I took over Design Offices Hannover Vahrenwald in January 2021, six months after its opening. Due to the pandemic, the location had not been fully developed, and the spatial layout was not clearly defined.– Revision of the spatial layout with the aim of making Design Offices products customer-friendly, efficient, and profitable.– Revision of the location budget.– Further development of the House Manager with the goal of independently managing the location as a General Manager after 10 months – Management of the Sales departments (Office and Events)
