As a Junior Legal Counsel at Stakelogic, I support the company's legal operations by providing strategic advice, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. I am committed to helping Stakelogic navigate legal challenges while fostering innovation and growth in a fast-paced, global industry - in gaming and tech law. I am an LLM Commercial Law Master graduate at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Prior to my pursuit of an LLM with a specialization in International Arbitration, I graduated from Tilburg Law School with an LLB in Global Law. This bachelor’s has provided me with various legal skills that equip me for both common and civil law jurisdictions. During my studies I also pursued a minor in Business Law. My Bachelor’s thesis was written on the topic of Prison regimes and the rehabilitation of international prisoners.My Master’s in Commercial Law has equipped me with legal research skills, contract drafting skills, and much more. I graduated with 65ECTS out of 60ECTS, by taking an additional course in Competition Law, alongside my participation at the Willem C. Vis Moot.I was part of the Erasmus University Willem C. Vis Moot Team, and my team ended up getting into the round of 32 out of more than 370 teams. My Master’s thesis was written on the topic of the intertwinement of lack of diversity and subconscious bias in international arbitration.
