- Strategy and operations support for $200MM+ revenue business that spans environment, water, transportation, buildings, power, and construction management business lines. - Represented Pacific Region, a $1B revenue business spanning California, Nevada, and Hawaii, in the rollout of corporation-wide Delivery Excellence program, which leveraged new technology, tools, and processes to facilitate delivery of best-in-class service on projects. Supported project margin improvement, project team program rollout, and new business reporting processes throughout the region.

Full P&L responsibility for operations generating $20MM in revenue and $45MM in sales. Managed all aspects of 100+ person multi-disciplinary operations that provided services including mission critical facilities / MEP for Data Centers, transportation planning and engineering, civil and structural engineering, supplier responsibility / EHS, and environmental planning.

Responsible for financial performance and strategic direction of Environmental Planning Department. Grew department from 18 to 40+ planners, scientists, and environmental engineers in less than two years. Delivered 120% of plan in 2013.
