Nanomedicine development requires highly sensitive dynamic and longitudinal imaging systems to monitor both uptake kinetics and whole-body biodistribution.With MILabs’ molecular imaging platform, we have been able to conduct very accurate quantitative SPECT/CT studies. We have obtained fast and high-resolution images (< 0.85 mm), 4D analysis for time-activity curves and follow-up imaging up to 48h post injection using very low doses (< 3.6 MBq) of 111In-radiolabeled compounds.
