As a Quality Director & DPO I am handling the Quality Management System of the company through business processes planing, maintenance and definition, execution and control. I am usually involved in drawing up a new business process from the definition, implementation and control point of view. For process monitoring and control I manage different company-wide operational checks that leads to process health check status and needed correction to be performed. During the time I was involved in process integration (M&A) activities that consists of aligning business processes and systems that address the same business need but operates different in terms of process steps and systems used. Also, as a DPO I manage the compliance aspects of the company systems security checks, assets and users management and control, data protection management at company and project level, etc.

I manage the Quality Management System (QMS) department through planning, implementing, checking and improvement of the quality system using ISO 9001, CMMI, TMM and ITIL standards, having a dedicated team to perform system documentation maintenance & improvement and to perform internal audits of system, processes and products. The QMS implementation is supported by key business apps and SharePoint implementation and administration.

I perform internal audits in accordance with above named documentation. I manage the QA department resources allocation, their certifications. I am supporting the development of our core business processes.
