- Head of the PR department for the 1Milk2Sugars Toronto office and report directly to the President based out of Montreal - Manage multiple Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle accounts - Oversee, manage and mentor a team of PR specialists- Develop strategic communication plans that latter up to Client's overall business objectives- Provide guidance and leadership to junior-level staff - Develop new business opportunities and present our services - Prepare and edit reports to present program results and impressions in a comprehensive manner - Account management ensuring client satisfaction and keeping clients informed of the latest PR trends- Crisis management helping clients plan, prevent and respond to time sensitive crisis- Business development, involved in the preparation and presentation of extensive PR proposals for prospective clients- Oversee Client budgets and staff timesheets

- Manage key aspects of large accounts such as the SC Johnson Canada portfolio and Go RVing Canada- Develop strategic and award-winning PR campaigns based on client’s goals, create and manage large scale budgets, pitch media and maintain quality relationships, review and approve media lists, write key media materials, review all pitches and releases from junior staff members and message train spokespeople- Strategically counsel clients to identify potential crisis and provide solutions; identify ways to strengthen client relationships- Manage junior team members on accounts including pitching efforts, managing budgets and timesheets, and editing all client-generated documents - Present PR plans, campaign objectives and up-to- date results, to audiences of over 20 people on a quarterly basis

- Work on a variety of campaigns in the lifestyle and fashion sector including: SC Johnson Canada, Go RVing Canada, Oakley, Unilever, Heart Truth Fashion Show and Warner Home Video- Successfully pitch media on campaigns and over-deliver on benchmarks and objectives- Maintain valuable media relationships and successfully manage client's social communities- Develop press materials and content calendars, planning client and internal events, liaise with IAT partners- Work with senior team members to develop strategic earned media campaigns

- Generate new business and facilitate networking between clients leading to an increase in sales opportunities, creating greater market share, resulting in greater speed of market penetration- Researches competition, create branding initiatives and writes content and press material for clients- Lead generating for new accounts, continuously building new business and maintaining existing client relationships

Preparations of written copy, including conduct of background research for show topics and interviews.Represented the station and assisted producers on location, at various film festivals, and red carpet events.Contributed to weekly pitch meetings.
