I conceptualized and executed three immersive six-week online space education programs, thoughtfully assembling instructors from diverse continents, including an engaging live connection from Antarctica. This was complemented by my design of a pioneering multi-time zone space education curriculum, seamlessly accommodating lectures and workshops across Australian and Central European time zones. My leadership extended to managing teams ranging from 15 to 50 members across all programs, ensuring smooth operations, adhering to budgets, overseeing logistics, and expertly addressing personnel matters. An emblematic accomplishment was the orchestration of a groundbreaking hybrid nine-week program held concurrently in France and Spain, uniting over one hundred students, fifty staff members, and two hundred guest speakers in both in-person and virtual settings. I undertook the recruitment and training of staff teams for all programs, concurrently enhancing virtual tool literacy across the university through comprehensive courses focused on Zoom and Microsoft systems for both staff and students.
