Atlas Corps is an international network of nonprofit leaders and organizations that promotes innovation, cooperation, and solutions to address the world’s 21st century challenges.

Integration and evaluation within Southwest Economic Solutions programs. Member of the ProsperUS Detroit Entrepreneurial Program, a place-based economic development strategy designed to empower low and moderate income, immigrant and minority individuals; support to entrepreneurs in Training, Business Services and Micro-lending.

Strategic Partnerships and Capacity Building for human rights non-profits. - Program Management: design and evaluation of institutional programs focused on Democratic Justice and ESC and Environmental rights, mainly for women, migrants, indigenous groups and human rights defenders. - Institutional strengthening: using a range of strategic planning tools to integrate and enforce the work of the organization areas (Training, International Advocacy, Legal Defense and Communication) - Grant proposal: projects funded by the European Union, Embassies, Foreign Governments and private US foundations. - National and international fundraising, relation with major and individual donors. - Strategic partnerships, including Universities, Non profits and Education centers. - Participation in integral defense of emblematic cases though the interdisciplinary methodology of the organization. - Writing reports, documents and material for awareness raising, institutional promotion and engagement with new audiences. - Gender mainstreaming in projects and within the organization. - Designing Curriculum and carrying on Training on Institutional strengthening, fundraising, planning and evaluation, directed to grassroots, human rights organizations and other groups. - Developing and managing of Volunteer Programs, orientation of more than 50 volunteers over 7 years.

As an in-country consultant, I acted as a link between AJWS and partners in Mexico, to support their strategies and contribute to AJWS aim to end poverty and promote human rights in the developing world. AJWS works toward 19 countries and 4 continents. My main activities were the following:- Contribute to AJWS regional and international analysis and strategies, carrying out analysis on social justice, human rights and the political context. - Develop of grant making activities in a team-oriented way, aligned with AJWS´s global goals and TOC. - Monitoring and evaluation of grants portfolio, including annual grant planning, identifying and promoting organizations as potential AJWS partners.- Providing support to partners in Mexico: Constant communication, site visits, technical support and identifying needs for evaluation, training and funding. - Providing assistance to partners in Mexico in the formulation of projects, reports, internal management and strategic planning. - Assisting with the logistics at each stage of project cycles including formulation, funding and monitoring. - Providing support for partners to receive emergency grants.- Providing support for study tours carried out by international donors to Mexico.- Planning and coordination of partner meetings in Mexico, including logistics, agenda and materials.

➢ Development of a fundraising campaign by creating materials, a video, guidelines and assisting in the production of the video. ➢ Development of international cooperation projects in human rights, transparency and community organizing.

Area of Cooperation with Central America and The Caribbean, FellowWorking in the formulation of projects, following-up, and technical and economical reports. Especially in the area of access to education, update in the education quality, and professional training, developed by counterparts in this region.

Momentum SELIDER is a not-for-profit civil society organization, which fosters leadership amongst educated and talented young Mexicans. It has a strong focus on social responsibility. A 10-week seminar was organized annually to allow young professionals to meet the country's key decision makers and leaders, and to develop their leadership abilities. The workshop “Emprendiendo con conciencia” was developed to provide attendees with methodological tools to undertake projects related to social responsibility in Mexico. During two years, 25 projects were developed in diverse areas including sustainable development; local development; education; youth and indigenous peoples, amongst others. All staff members are volunteers.
