We’re bridging the gap between opportunity and talent by empowering emerging leaders around the world and supporting organizations for long-term impact. Atlas Corps was founded in 2006 in response to the reality that while talent is everywhere, opportunity is not. Atlas Corps empowers emerging leaders around the world in growing their skills and expanding their impact through our two key programs: the Virtual Leadership Institute (VLI) and the Global Leaders Fellowship. Simultaneously, Atlas Corps supports organizations by closing their talent gaps through Atlas Corps’ Fellowship program. Since our founding, we’ve reached over 1,500 leaders from 115 countries – and our impact is only continuing to grow. Atlas Corps has been recognized by the Brookings Institute as “best practice in international exchange” and has been featured by various media outlets, including the Washington Post.
