Kelly Reid currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Corps, a social enterprise that connects leading social change organizations in the U.S. with experienced, international professionals for a yearlong capacity building fellowship. In this role, Kelly leads operational strategy and program implementation with primary responsibility for talent management and earned revenue.

Enabled local, regional and national social change organizations to achieve greater impact by providing customized consulting services including: organizational assessments, training, market research, coaching, operations, and strategic planning.
