In my current role as a Senior Manager on the New Business Team, I focus on managing a team of 15+ professionals that are dedicated to supporting new business pursuits in the US market, and coordinate closely with our global teams located in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. My team, based in New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco, leads on more than 1,300+ new business pitches and proposals each year. We engage with more than 60 practice areas and 10+ industry groups to convey Latham’s value proposition to current and prospective clients. I value my position as a mentor and coach, and I am dedicated to providing my team with opportunities to expand their knowledge and experience, with an eye toward capitalizing on their skillset to drive value for our firm. As the Business Development industry evolves to provide more client facing support, I endeavor to help pave the way to show our unique value proposition to our partnership.
