I worked in the motor insurance team in the Preston. I ran an extensive and varied case load from MOJ portal work to fast track cases and was able to consistently develop my legal technical knowledge.I had detailed training on the firms Case Management system to ensure maximum cost efficiency at all times.Mentoring newer members of my team in both in technical and legal knowledge but also file and time management skills became part of my more recent daily responsibilities. The team in which i worked thrived on idea sharing and peer to peer training. This dramatically helped improve my presentation skills and overall legal competency. My previous experience as an admin assistant to fee earners has given me a broad range of technical skills which are frequently called upon to assist team members in both costs and time efficiency.

Main Accountabilities include managing customer queries, have a good working knowledge of O2 products and services to be able to add value to the customer experience by promoting appropriate products and services.
