I divide my time between leading our internal business development and marketing team, and working as a senior manager and strategist across service lines. Responsibilities include: strategic development and management of the firm's overarching business plan and profitability goals; project leadership across large-scale fundraising efforts, paid and earned media campaigns, and organizational rebranding efforts; oversight and management of Pyramid's brand and channels; management of firm-wide capacity planning and work distribution.

Tracking and management of firm-wide new business pipeline, development of proposals and qualifications, development of firm-wide criteria for new client work, partner and prospective client relationship management, and supporting firm-wide business and profitability goals.

Development and management of project teams, work flows, project budgets, timelines, client coordination and relationships. My project work spanned across service areas including branding, organizational and campaign communications planning, strategic planning, qualitative and quantitative research, and paid and earned media campaigns.

Greater Seattle Area

During my time at the Vitalogy Foundation, my work was primarily focused around system building and developing messaging and cross-channel content in areas of homelessness, the environment, arts and eduction. My primary project during this time was Pearl Jam's The Home Shows, a two-night concert event at Safeco Field raising nearly $11M in funding to address the crisis of homelessness in Seattle/King County. Responsibilities included: - Messaging and cross-channel content development- Website management- Creation of toolkits- Social media content and strategy - Partner activation and stewardship- Fundraising support - Data tracking and management

Kirkland, Wa

- Responsible for the planning and development of the "Weidner Cares!" community service program, managing approximately 10,000 employee volunteer hours annually. - Created materials for internal communication purposes, such as flyers, internal emails, human interest stories, and updating information on the Weidner intranet via SharePoint. - Managed all content for Weidner's corporate blog, and assisted in planning content for all company social media platforms. - Assisted with internal events and initiatives, such as property tours, photography and video productions. - Handled all administrative tasks for the Public Relations department such as invoices, setting up meetings, expense reports, and handling the PR ZenDesk account. - Worked directly with the Risk Management department in coordinating effective strategies for a variety of crisis situations.

Greater Seattle Area

My responsibilities at Vandenberg were focused on the band Pearl Jam, and their philanthropic work. This included reading and responding to fan and non-profit requests through ZenDesk, and creating content for various social media accounts and the Pearl Jam Activism news page. In addition to creating daily posts, I worked to create social media and marketing strategies for concert and fundraiser announcements and promotions across all channels, including the 2015 Global Citizen Festival announcement. I also created and maintained spreadsheets outlining all past social media content to track the success of certain posts in order to create the most relevant content for our followers. Lastly, I worked with the Hotel Sorrento to create branding and social media strategies across multiple platforms, and assisted with the development of their events calendar and promotions.
