I am a qualified European Patent Attorney at J A Kemp LLP. I joined the J A Kemp London office in 2020.I obtained my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Materials from Queen Mary University of London, gaining knowledge in a wide range of fields including tissue mechanics, computational modelling, surgical electronics, and tissue engineering. In my research project I developed a novel protocol for the use of computational modelling to link material microstructure to deformation mechanics. I also hold an MBChB (Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery) from the University of Sheffield in which I achieved distinction in the Student Selected Components and was awarded the Knowelden Essay Prize. During my medical studies I delivered a national surgical conference and secured a highly regarded two-month elective placement in a plastic surgery department in Cape Town, South Africa.
