I am a Creative Specialist with over 10 years of experience focusing on Design, CRM, UX, and creative strategies.At Pmweb - one of the leading technology and marketing companies in Latin America - I use design combined with data intelligence to enhance the relationship between brands and customers. As one of team leaders, I also take part in the daily management of the Creative Team and in the alignment between different areas of the agency: Creative and Content, UX, Coding, Marketing and Campaign Services.I've had the opportunity to work for the digital growth of various hotel chains - such as Atlantica International Hotels, Golden Tulip, Intercity - and major players in retail and services, such as Burger King, Raízen (Shell), Compra Agora, dr.consulta, Esfera, Electrolux, OLX, Zap+ (Zap Imóveis and Viva Real), Tramontina, Azul, and General Motors.I hold a degree in Advertising from PUCRS and a Master's in Communication from UERJ, but I'm interested in various ways of using creativity to connect people.
