WLFT Hostel is one of top 3 best hostels in Lisbon with a couple prizes on their shoulders as "Best female solo traveler in the world" (2019) and under my management "Most popular hostel in LIsbon" and 9th most popular hostel in the world for male solo travelers" (Hostelworld). I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day of the Hostel; delivering exceptional customer services which exceeds expectations, ensuring appropriate staffing, organizing events as dinners and holiday bookings, recruiting and managing seasonal workers, placements and interns.I was responsible for growing accommodation bookings and optimising occupancy including preparing future financial projections and monitoring and reporting on sales performance. Dealing with guests complainings and making sure we get the best review.

My first job was as nightshifter in one of the best hostels in the world. After a year I found myself managing the first hostel in the world to win a HOSCAR ​ as “​Best Hostel in The world​”. Managing the Travellers House Hostel, a place with more than ​30 awards ​only in Hostelworld (5 times best in the world, several times best in Portugal) gave me an extremely valuable know-how of customer service and how to deal with tourists. On that job I was responsible for hiring, training and delegating tasks to staff. Welcoming guests to the Hostel and to Lisbon, organize guests sightseeing, developing a great customer service and connection with all our 75 guests. I developed a very good customer problem-solving skills that helped us win all those prizes as to be ranked with 97% approval in HW as 9.3 in booking.com.

Create and developed my own radio show in Dublin. First radio show in Ireland that focus on fighting racism against brazilians in Ireland and Europe. The show was a tool to demonstrate how irish and brazilian cultures were close to each other. Organizing debates and interviews between brazilians and irish people to discuss music, arts and culture in general.
