I checked all PMC lock devices on main deck, noting ramp agent attempting to lock PMC, lying under 20FT pallet. I completed spot safety check, uncovered damage to pallets creating safety issue and contacted Captain to rectify situation, to prevent serious accident.Confidential Captain sent a VHF call to maintenance requesting immediate support following take-off bird strike related incident. As a Maintenance Technician, I initiated and planned repairs, insert requirements into schedules. I indentified craft as B767-300 Eng #2 with 2 FAN blades damaged, noted ZERO spare blades available. Also noted an spare engine ready to board for the next flight, this engine belongs to a parent company. I asked and gained authorization to utilize 2 blades from this spare engine.
